About the Role

You’ll work across industrial and maintenance environments, supporting a variety of electrical tasks across the Midwest region. Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical installations and minor upgrades

• Fault finding and breakdown response

• Providing labour hire support across client sites as required

• Participating in electrical shutdowns and planned maintenance events

• Ensuring all work meets Australian Standards, client requirements and internal compliance systems

• Providing tailored electrical solutions with a strong customer‑service focus

• Managing projects independently from start to completion

• Collaborating with the electrical team and mentoring apprentices

• Contributing to a positive and safe team culture

What you’ll bring

Essential qualifications:

• WA “A” Grade Electrical Worker’s Licence

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence

• White/Blue OHS Construction Card

Skills & Attributes

• Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail

• Highly organised with excellent time‑management skills

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities

• Commitment to safety and quality in line with Australian Standards and GCo Australia policies

• Excellent communication and teamwork

• Industrial experience highly regarded, however motivated candidates eager to learn will also be considered

Pre‑Employment Requirements
