GCO was engaged to deliver the complete Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (EIC) scope for CBH Group’s Broomehill Rail Outloading Facility upgrade — a key project in CBH’s strategy to enhance grain outloading capacity and efficiency across Western Australia.
Working within a classified hazardous area, GCO delivered all EIC works in compliance with AS/NZS 60079 standards. Our scope included the installation of the site switchroom, cable support systems, low-voltage power and control cabling, field instrumentation, junction boxes, and control panels. GCO also supplied and installed the pneumatic control systems associated with the new outloading equipment. All systems were designed and installed to meet Australian Standards and GCO’s own high benchmarks for safety, reliability, and workmanship.
In addition to installation, GCO Australia played an active role in the commissioning phase, working closely with CBH and other project stakeholders to bring the facility online safely and efficiently.
The successful completion of this project reinforces GCO’s capabilities in delivering complex EIC solutions from construction through to commissioning.
